Thursday 24th

Published: 24th July 2014

A strange day again as I had to basically dismantle the studio so that work could be taken to our end of residency exhibition . How time has flown! Pictures of the exhibition will be posted tomorrow – it’s not just the residency artists but includes many local people as well so it should be interesting. Open call and everyone included – so let’s see what happens!

Spent the evening down at the harbour drawing – must get some colour into the sketch book before I leave! realise most of what I have done is in monochrome – again!

The sky was at its best tonight – after a baking hot day – the evening was cooler. The sky just keeps changing and is often at its best in the evening…

Hope for a day conducive to drawing tomorrow as soooo much to fit in still.
