I am exploring what the cyanotype process has to offer, and have discovered the marks that can be made by waves at the edge of the sea when they react with the cyanotype chemicals. I have developed a series of these prints onto wet-strength tissue paper, and have over-printed some with screen prints of the bubbles at that same edge. My collaboration with Nicky Sanderson at Edinburgh Printmakers gallery has explored this idea successfully, and will lead to further development of this process.
