While at the residency in Longyearbyen, I met fellow artists interested in the same icy issues: Elizabeth Bourne and Adam Sébire. As our works complemented each others’ by addressing the issue of climate change through our experiences of ice, we decided to exhibit together for COP 26, being staged in Glasgow in November 2021. Hence we produced Glacial Narratives: a Report from the Arctic for Taigh Chearsabhagh Museum and Art Centre, Lochmaddy, North Uist, to coincide with the Glasgow events.
